The space The house is divided into two floors connected by a convenient staircase. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance, a living room, a dining area with a half bathroom, including a washing machine, an equipped kitchen, and a large terrace that can be accessed from every room, equipped with a table for outdoor dining. On the upper floor, there is a small hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a closet, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. From the two bedrooms, you can access a large covered terrace. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the villa, the swimming pool, and the terraced garden of about 1000 square meters, which is fenced and has an electric gate. The garden is spread across several levels that slope down from the house to the pool. Other things to note The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. It will not be shared with other families. Pool cleaning will be done by a person appointed by the host. Electricity based on consumption: electricity consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at the beginning and the reading at the end of the stay. The cost is €0.90 per kWh consumed. In the village of Pari, there is a small store selling various kinds of food products. There are also two restaurants.
