Located in the village of Prinias, 30 minutes from Heraklion and 5 minutes from Agia Varvara. Our home is reserved for couples and families looking for relaxation in a beautiful environment. The space The residence was built in 1950 by locals, in 1980 they left for America and was abandoned. In 2004 we bought it in order to renovate it and have it as a country house. It consists of 2 floors. On the first floor we have 1 main entrance, open plan living room with fireplace and kitchen. Bathroom with large mirrors, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large closets, and a private entrance to the bathroom. 2nd entrance-exit that leads to the terrace. On the ground floor they descend from the internal staircase and we have 2 bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes which have patio doors leading to the garden. Large living room, bathroom with large mirrors and laundry room - laundry room - safety panel. There is FREE WIFI , central heating, fire extinguisher, A aid box, smoke detector, BBQ. The guest is responsible for the central heating oil. Guest access Our guests have access to the whole house.
