The In-Law Place

Privacy: the entire place is for you and your group only. Working from home: very fast internet and WiFi for video conference, streaming and game. Extra clean: sanitize common surfaces. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler. The space The space is a one bedroom in-law apartment and has it own entry door, bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and limited kitchen (no stove). This cute home has two queen beds ( one in the bedroom and one in the living area). It can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, the home has a dinning table, 2 chairs, a 50 inches Roku Smart TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen area has an oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, knifes, kitchen towels are provided. Shampoo and clean bath towels are provided. The place has a large shared back yard deck and laundry room (washer and dryer). Guest access The entire place is for you. You will have full access to the entire room through a private entry door. You also have additional access to the back-yard. Key code door entry will be provided when you get here. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *40* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within blocks!
