Recharge your batteries in this cottage nestled in a secure residential park 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, close to highway exits. With family or friends for a relaxing weekend, combining activities and relaxation, far from everyday life. You will navigate through these hamlets of chalets arranged around a 10-hectare pond and can enjoy bucolic walks in this unspoiled natural setting. Sports/Activities include: fishing, soccer, tennis, pétanque, table tennis, darts, a gym, archery, and many children's games. The space You enter a cozy living room furnished with a sofa bed and ottomans, equipped with a TV and a box, an electronic dartboard, a few small games, cards and drawing materials... Direct access to the master bedroom where you will find a double bed, a single bunk bed and a baby bed if needed, as well as some storage space. The second entrance will lead you to the second, extra bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed, storage, a few children's books and board games. On the other side is the kitchen with its dining area, equipped with a fridge, microwave, Senseo, dishwasher, 2-burner induction stove, a large-capacity air fryer that also functions as a toaster, kettle, crepe/wok party, croque-monsieur/waffle maker and a blender/mixer, as well as everything you need to cook (dishes, basic oils and condiments, coffee and tea). You will have a shower room and a separate toilet. Next to the kitchen, there is a small area with a washing machine and a door leading to the terrace in the back. You will then find garden furniture, a cozy and sheltered little summer lounge area, a play frame and a garden shed with a barbecue, all the equipment for activities in the park (tennis rackets, table tennis and more, soccer ball and more, petanque balls for adults and children, etc.) and many games for children. A small portable LED light is available if your evenings linger outside. This accommodation is equipped with a reversible heat pump for air conditioning. Basic hygiene products are at your disposal (body/hair wash gel, hand soap), (dishwashing liquid, glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner, etc.). Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. Guest access Entire 55 m2 accommodation and 350 m2 private garden. Other things to note The little quirk of this accommodation... a former mobile home renovated and upgraded into a cozy and warm chalet... is that you will find the switches for the main rooms (kitchen and living room) in the center of the chalet (on the wall of the small hallway) 🤷🏽‍♀️
