The cottage on top

A cozy cottage on a hill with lake views. Here you live in privacy, in the heart of nature, and wake up to the sound of birds. A place to relax. There is a swimming area located below the house, and during the blueberry season, there are plenty to pick. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. 15 minutes to Norrköping city and close to Kolmården Zoo, among other things. The space Vacation home of approx. 30 sqm with 1.5 rooms. 2 terraces and an outdoor toilet with an incineration toilet. Parking space a short distance from the house. The house is in a vacation home area and is located on a mountain in the forest. From the parking lot, it takes only a few minutes to walk on relatively easy terrain, but the first part is uphill. Sleeping accommodations: A sofa bed (140 cm) and a recliner bed (80x200 cm). A sleeping loft, with an 80x200 cm mattress, primarily suitable for children as it has a very low ceiling. Tents are available if desired (please let us know before your stay). There are 4 pillows and 4 duvets. Bedding is available to borrow if you wish. Kitchen and cooking: In the house, there is a small fridge and freezer, portable hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. (Note: The wood stove in the kitchen is not in use). Basics such as coffee, tea, ketchup, mustard, spices, oil and vinegar are available. Outdoors, there is a charcoal grill and a sink. Toilet and shower: Outhouse with an incineration toilet and an outdoor shower. Towels are available to borrow if you wish. Other: Water via pump from the lake, for shower and dishes. Bottled or canned drinking water is available, but is limited. Note: Also bring your own drinking water. The house has an air heat pump and a wood-fired stove. A TV is available and can be used if you want to connect from your own phone. Wi-Fi is not available. In the summer (mainly), there may be sounds from guests at the swimming area located below the house. Guest access Access to a vacation home, two terraces and an outdoor toilet with an incinerating toilet. Parking space a bit away from the house. A soccer field and several swimming areas are a stone's throw from the house. At one of the swimming areas, there is a barbecue area and an outdoor toilet.
