I don't live on the property (my home is 1 hour away), but the 3rd room is usually occupied by me or the co-host when we visit the house. How to reach me? I'm available through: 📱 Airbnb chat (main and fastest channel), WA or call. Important: In case of an emergency that requires my physical presence, my arrival time is approximately 2 to 3 hours. That's why I kindly ask you to report any issues as soon as possible via chat so I can help resolve them remotely right away. Other things to note Accessibility: The room and shared areas are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so access is only via stairs. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. Arrival Coordination: Since I do not live on the property, it is essential to coordinate your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance via Airbnb chat to ensure someone is available to welcome you. Pet Policy: We love pets! However, due to the additional fee and to prepare the space accordingly, it is mandatory to request approval and declare your pet before booking. Environment and Co-living: As this space is designed for remote work, we value a quiet and respectful environment, especially at night. It is the ideal place to focus and rest! Transportation and Connectivity: The house has excellent cell signal and Wi-Fi. For getting around, there is public transportation nearby. Water and Basic Services: We provide purified drinking water and basic kitchen supplies so you can prepare your meals without any worries.
