For your safety, the property is completely enclosed, several vehicles can park there. The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort, the beds will be made, so you won't have to do anything when you arrive! Towels are not provided. Minimum booking of one week in July and August, arrivals and departures on Saturday. Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy nuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard... Regarding the pool: - The private pool of the property is shared and will be made available to our guests only (people outside the rental will not have access) from May to September - Opening hours are: 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many leisure activities are available on site: boulodrome, ping pong... but also nearby: greenway 27 km of walking or cycling, Dreux state forest (possibility of walking or cycling), botanical trail, canoeing, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, karting, Western Parisian car circuit... Guest access Within the property, you have an area of more than 8,000 m2 and you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Barbecue (charcoal is not provided), Laundry room with washer and dryer, free for one week stays Outdoor games: Bowling green Ping-pong tables Children's playground Molky Shuffleboard... Other things to note Noise outside is not accepted after 11 p.m. A deposit check is requested upon delivery of the keys (€1500) for all parties and events organized. With the exception of the La Maison Normande gîte, all our gîtes have their own internet connection. For teleworking, the network is of good quality. No pets allowed. For electric cars, a flat rate of €8 excl. tax - €9.60 incl. tax per day will be payable to be able to recharge a vehicle. Regarding the pool: - Swimming is unsupervised - Swimming is not allowed for children unaccompanied by an adult - The pool is treated with chlorine - Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m - Depth: 1.20 m to 2 m - No one outside the rental (visitors) will be able to use it. - A charter must be signed upon arrival in order to access the pool Regarding tennis: - Available year-round, - Leisure tennis with imperfections.
