Lakefront Getaway on Katepwa Lake

Welcome to our beautiful lakefront guesthouse on Katepwa Lake, the perfect summer escape for families. Direct lakefront access, a shared dock, fun outdoor spaces, and all the comforts of home, this is a relaxing place to enjoy lake life. Spend your days swimming, boating, walking to the main beach, exploring the Trans Canada Trail, or simply relaxing in the garden. In the evenings, gather around the large firepit, cook dinner on the BBQ or smoker, and enjoy peaceful summer nights at the lake. The space Our three bedroom guesthouse, located lakefront on the North side of Katepwa Lake sits on just over an acre of green space and lake access. It is a very private lot set far back from the main lake road. With 200’ of lakefront, the guesthouse access to the lake has its own staircase down to the water front to a shared dock and waterfront in front of our main house. There is a huge fire pit stocked with seasoned firewood, a children’s play structure and a large green space for playing a game of soccer! There are lots of outdoor games in the gazebo for guest use. While you will have complete privacy in the guesthouse and surrounding gardens and outdoor spaces - if there is ever anything you need, we are right next door if you need anything! Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the spaces on the grounds and lakefront. Our grounds staff can be seen weekly, and depending on weather, a watering routine may be required for the property. Advance notice will be given to our guests, and this will never be done without prior agreement. Other things to note We do have both mosquito and tick control in place for the entire property. There is a device located on the upper green space that helps us control pests in your yard.
