The home was built in 1960 it’s a cute clean efficient small 3 bed 1 bath home in a perfect location. Large 4’fenced back yard and plenty of off street parking including a covered patio / carport enough parking to fit two full size trucks with trailers and an additional vehicle all on property . Guests have access to the entire home, carport outdoor furniture BBQ . Use of all the amenities at the home while in the home . Inner city walk / bike paths are just out the front door. Rotary park is a 5 min walk south on the path.and the Montrose rec center is a 10min bike ride Taxi and local transit available , bicycles are very popular in summer months due to the inner city bike paths which is right outside the front door . Walking is also a very good option. There are some bike shops that do rentals . The Montrose regional airport is within 7 minutes from the house , they do rental cars as well . There’s a Safeway grocery store two and a half blocks south on the pathway as well as many restaurants shops and breweries within a short walk . Nearly all the restaurants will deliver to the house including desserts groceries etc etc . Door dash and delivery from the restaurants are available . As may be other apps you may prefer . For the healthy conscious person we have a natural grocers and a large City market south of town that caters to the wellness minded.
