Rural accommodation close to Kalmar & Öland

Here you live quietly and close to nature in the countryside, with forests and open fields nearby – while Kalmar and Öland are within easy reach. The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people and has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. A perfect accommodation for those of you who want to combine the tranquility of the countryside with excursions to Kalmar, Öland and Glasriket. Here you get plenty of space, tranquility and a rural feel – but still close to much of the best that the Kalmar region has to offer. Other things to note - Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1,000, but trash and food items must be disposed of by the guest. - Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be purchased. Bed linens and towel, SEK 250/person. Only bed linens, 200 SEK/person. - Garbage sorting where two black garbage cans are located in the front of the house by the garage. Smaller items such as food waste are thrown in the trash cans. Other items are to be left at the Recycling Station in Lindsdal, Nils Holgerssons väg. - Park the car at the back of the house. Turn onto the small, narrow road between the house and the large red building. Then park the car by the fence on the far left. - A pet is welcome, but with certain restrictions. Your pet must be on a leash when outside the terrace.
