Whether you are planning a getaway with extended family, a reunion with friends, or a fishing trip, this property offers you all the modern comforts in a wild setting, located directly on the shore of the Sulina branch. For an authentic experience in the Delta, we offer boat rides for a fee. Access: -By car: From the Nufaru ferry, on dirt roads. We highly recommend using a higher car (preferably an SUV). - On the water: By boat, with the possibility to dock directly at our private pontoon. The space We invite you to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and experience life in the Delta in a completely sustainable way. Our property is 100% energy independent (off-grid). The villa combines the charm of seclusion in nature with all the modern comforts needed for large groups, families or fishing enthusiasts. The interior is designed to provide privacy, but also generous spaces for socializing: Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and private bathrooms (walk-in shower); a very spacious open-space living room with a bar and dining area; an enclosed kitchen with quick access and a hallway with a half bathroom. Second floor (Attic): 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms (walk-in shower); a family studio consisting of a room with a double bed, a private bathroom and an adjoining room for a child (with a single bed). IMPORTANT! The pool is NOT operational: Although a pool may appear in some overview pictures of the area, it is not in operation and is not available to guests. Maintaining it within optimal hygiene parameters is extremely difficult in this natural environment, and our priority is to provide you with a clean and safe space. We focus all our attention on the waterside facilities (pontoon, barbecue, courtyard). Off-Grid System: The property produces its own energy and resources. Everything works exactly like in a normal home (you have electricity, hot water, internet), but please use them responsibly and consciously, respecting the surrounding nature. Guest access The cottage is rented in its entirety for your group, ensuring full privacy in the interior spaces. You will have exclusive access to: The entire cottage (the 6 bedrooms, the open-plan living room, the indoor kitchen). Kitchen, barbecue area and wood burning stove. The private waterside pontoon. Host presence: I (your host) will be present on the property throughout your stay, living separately in the administrative cottage in the courtyard. I will fully respect your privacy, but I will be available to help you with recommendations or for the proper functioning of the off-grid system. Other things to note Flexibility for larger groups (13+ people): The recommended standard cabin capacity is up to 13 people. However, if you have a larger group, we are very flexible and can find additional accommodation solutions on the property.
