OurGuest Quarters are like a modern hotel room, 100% separate from our house. Two entrances, both are double french doors with blinds inside the glass. Back doors lead to the huge patios and beautiful pool. Front door leads to a small patio and parking. From the car to the door is about 12'. It has a microwave, mini fridge, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, toilet room & bathroom with brand new shower and vanity. It has a very comfortable bed. it is 240sq.ft. WOW, new gorgeous ceramic tile floor The space World equestrian center is 8 miles away this is the best area to stay in when visiting WEC. Super quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, very very close to a mall and 100 restaurants. Just blocks off of highway I-75 at exit 350, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Red Robin, McDonalds, Burger King,5 guys, Outback, and many more all within a 3 to 5minute walk. 3 Hospitals nearby, fire rescue within blocks ! Smart tv, Cox cable and hi speed wifi .freshly painted. You have ultimate privacy here as there is no access to the hosts home , the only doors lead to the pool and the front yard. there is no washer or dryer or kitchen, just mini fridge and microwave. Brand new mini split air conditioner and heater provides perfect temperature control. Guest access Pool and patio in domed enclosure, back yard, guesthouse and front patio This guesthouse is most suitable for ADULTS ONLY due to the access to the secured pool area. We love Kids but we want everyone to remain perfectly safe. Access is by a Schlage combination door lock. You may suggest a custom 4 digit code , or we will select a 4 digit code and provide it to you, before your arrival. Arrive at any hour you choose, unless we are having the unit cleaned due to use the night before. Other things to note this is a 100% NON SMOKING, DRUG FREE PROPERTY (NO SMOKING ,vaping,or tobacco or other drug use anywhere on the property)We host Non smokers only. access is by keypads on both sets of doors( no keys to lose!!) This is a pet free facility. Children are not allowed due to the swimming pool. If you have a vehicle that is excessively loud or has bass speakers, this neighborhood would not be a good match for you.
