Colchester Hospital area ensuite comfy double room

Off road parking. Good sized room for one person with a modern en-suite within a friendly shared house. Lockable door. Approx 5-6 minute walk to the Hospital. Staying here suits someone who wants short term accommodation such as a hospital locum/visitor to the area. Although NO access to the downstairs or kitchen, there is a small fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery. Small TV, desk, chair and hanging space. NOT suitable for home workers/shift workers or students. No third party bookings. The space Access to the upstairs only - a good sized very comfy bedroom and modern ensuite. Suitable for one person. Usually booked guests working in the local area such as short- term locums or medical staff as we are located very close to Colchester Hospital. Guest access Enter through the front door and go upstairs to the lovely private room with en-suite. No access to the downstairs area. During your stay I am usually available either in person or by Airbnb App during a guest's stay. Other things to note Only the NAMED person to stay. Do not book on behalf of someone else. Although there is NO access to the downstairs, your room has a small fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. There is a TV and desk. We are near to a school so there will be noise between 9-4pm and would NOT suit home workers/Zoom meetings/someone doing night shifts who needs to sleep during the day (if it is out of school holidays). Mostly suited to people who are out at work all day or are visiting the area. Please be respectful of other guests in this house share as most guests get up early for work. No takeaway deliveries or phone conversations after 9.30pm, especially FaceTiming. The walls are thin and conversations can be heard. Please be considerate to those living in our house share.
