Overlooking the Fontanabuona Valley, Casa Malù offers relaxation and comfort with its 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, 2 terraces with a BBQ, and a garden nestled among the nature of its centuries-old olive trees. Equidistant from the Tigullio Gulf, Gulf of Paradiso, and Genoa (all about half an hour away), it is the perfect base for exploring the Italian Riviera of Levante! We will do our best to pass on our passion for this wonderful land, guiding you to discover its most beautiful secrets The space Casa Malù is set in a dominant position overlooking the Fontanabuona Valley, offering breathtaking views! This independent, historic yet fully renovated apartment spans about 70 sqm. It features 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 pull-out beds, one of which converts into a practical desk), a huge, fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed, with a dining area and TV, a bathroom with a window, large shower box, and bidet, and a utility room with a laundry area. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Bed linen and a 3-piece towel set per guest are provided. Wi-Fi connection available The house boasts two terraces—a covered one at the entrance and a long one across the front—both offering beautiful, relaxing views of the greenery and the Fontanabuona Valley, complete with outdoor tables to enjoy the BBQ, always ready for grilling. The terrace leads directly to the garden area, featuring sun loungers and deck chairs nestled among the ancient olive trees that surround and belong to the property. A comfortable crib with a changing table and a high chair are always available free of charge upon request for our youngest guests. Pets are more than welcome! Casa Malù is located in a rural area, in a small, peaceful hamlet surrounded by nature. It is quite common, especially toward evening, to look out from the terrace and spot deer, roe deer, hawks, and other woodland creatures! Guest access Free public parking is available on the street and can always be found in the immediate vicinity of Casa Malù. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: To reach Casa Malù, you need to walk along a short pedestrian path (a traditional cobblestone trail) of about 30 meters and climb a few steps. For this reason, the house is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Casa Malù is located about 2 km from the nearest town (Gattorna), so a car is definitely necessary to stay at our holiday home.
