This atypical accommodation, combining authenticity, charm and comfort, invites you to live a unique experience in a peaceful and unspoiled setting. Carefully appointed, the dovecote offers a warm and intimate cocoon, perfect for a romantic getaway or a stay in search of tranquility. The space Le Pigeonnier is a 10 m² tiny house on the ground floor, featuring an open-plan space with a table and armchairs, and a shower room with a vanity unit and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom area with a mezzanine. Please note that, due to its unique nature, our accommodation is not suitable for people who are not alert or who have disabilities. Fridge/freezer, dishes, sink and microwave are available. Guest access Le Pigeonnier is ideally located in the heart of Champagne, 6 km from Exit 22 of the A5 motorway, 15 minutes from Nigloland, 5 km from the Champagne vineyards, 15 minutes from the lakes in the Forêt d'Orient or Essoyes (Renoir's hometown), 27 minutes from Les Riceys, 35 minutes from Troyes, and 26 minutes from Colombey-les-Deux-Églises. The dovecote is located in the garden of our property, so the garden is shared, but you will have a private area reserved for you.
