Schell Studio at The Grand

Schell Studio is housed within New Ulm's downtown arts and culture center, a nonprofit hub for art, arts education, and live music. The studio has two rooms and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The space Schell Studio is equipped with a double bed, Roku smart TV, desk, and coffee maker. The adjacent bathroom and shower are right next door for ease of access. The studio may be accessed by stairs or elevator, and the room keys work 24/7 throughout the reservation. Other things to note The restroom is accessible by the public during operating hours (11am - 4pm, Tuesday - Saturday). While there isn't a lot of foot traffic on the third floor, there may be occasional use. The Roku is a smart TV, but it does not have cable access.
