Holiday home Carolin is located directly on the North Sea dyke, 700m from the lawn beach. On the large terrace you can relax from the old day, barbecue with the whole family. In the UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can hike across the seabed, cross Priele, listen to the Wattkniestern and immerse yourself in the fascinating world, from Wattworm, North Sea shrimp and more. You will also get closer to the fairgrounds and see huge container ships passing by The space The house Carolin offers you: On the ground floor, a spacious living, cooking and dining room area with kitchen incl. Ceramic hob/oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. - Bedroom: with 2 single beds (2 x 1 m) - Shower bathroom with toilet and sink - living room with fireplace, SATELLITE TV, - dining room with space for 6 pers. Upstairs there are: - 2 bedrooms - large built-in closet - 2nd toilet with washing facility washing machine + dryer available! The house is allergy friendly (laminate & tiles) and lovingly furnished with light solid wood furniture. All beds have high quality health mattresses. For young guests: high chair, children's travel cot, books, games, mandelas, coloring books, stories, lego box (duplos + basics), wagons. Also books,games. Terrace = 25 sqm, garden furniture for 6 persons available. Guest access The whole cottage, terrace and garden furniture, lawn for games are at your disposal. Other things to note You can bring bed linen or rent it from us for a fee. Spa tax as of 2025 The calculation and forwarding of the spa fee takes place according to the adopted sentences of the spa administration and are per day: 01.05. – 15.09. 2.00€/adult and 1.10€/child (3-18 yrs) 16.09. –14.03. 1.50€/adult and 0.80€/child (3-18 yrs)
