Vacation home Carolin on the North Sea

The Carolin vacation home is located directly on the North Sea dike, 700 m away from the grass beach. On the large terrace you can relax from everyday life, barbecue with the whole family. In the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, you can hike across the seabed, cross tidal creeks, listen to the Kentish plover and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of lugworms, North Sea shrimp and more. You will also get closer to the fairway and see huge container ships pass by. The space The Carolin house offers you: On the ground floor a spacious living, cooking and dining area with kitchen incl. ceramic stovetop/oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. - Bedroom: with 2 single beds (2 x 1 m) - Shower bath with toilet and sink - Living room with fireplace, satellite TV, - Dining room with space for 6 people. Upstairs are: - 2 bedrooms - large built-in closet - 2nd Toilet with washing facilities, washing machine + dryer available! The house is allergy-friendly (laminate & tiles) and lovingly decorated with bright solid wood furniture. All beds have high-quality health mattresses. For young guests: high chair, children's travel cot, books, games, Mandelas, coloring books, stories, Lego box (Duplos + Basics), handcart. Also books, games. Terrace = 25 sqm, garden furniture for 6 people available. Guest access The whole vacation home, terrace and garden furniture, lawn for games are available. Other things to note You can bring bed linen or rent it from us for a fee. Spa fees as of 2025 The calculation and forwarding of the spa fee is based on the approved rates of the spa administration and amounts per day: 05/01 – 09/15 €2.00/adult and €1.10/child (3-18 years) 09/16 – 03/14 €1.50/adult and €0.80/child (3-18 years)
