The first level has an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. The living area has double doors leading out to the private pool (pool dementions - 8'x14'x48" and can be heated for additional fee) and covered back porch, with ample seating. The first level bedroom features two queen beds and private bathroom. The master bedroom located on the second level includes a king bed and a full private bathroom. The guest bedroom on the second level features a king sized bed. The rest of the second level features a sitting area with HDTV and sofa. There is another full bathroom on the second level accessible from the sitting area. An upstairs bunkroom includes two sets of twin over full bunk beds to accommodate six guests. As though this home doesn’t have enough to offer, it has its very own private swimming pool (heated for additional fee)!
