Many of our guests choose to split their stay in the Mara between these two properties— wildlife viewing opportunities are different but just as good in both, but noticeably less crowded around sightings up north, in the nature conservancies. What sets the northern property apart is the chance for real cultural immersion: it sits within walking distance of a traditional circular Masai village and a primary school, where guests can join in milking the cows as they come home at sunset, share a dinner with a local family, or simply spend time with the community. Splitting your stay lets you enjoy the best of both: exceptional wildlife viewing paired with a genuine cultural connection to the Mara.
