We are on a working Livery yard and have 2 pods located next to our small fishing lake. We are located in an area of natural beauty with 2 picturesque towns, Tenterden and Rye a short drive away. If you are looking to have a very relaxed, quiet, tranquil break we are the place for you. The space Our cosy glamping pod is designed as the perfect hotel-style base for short stays and countryside getaways, making it ideal for guests planning to eat out and explore the local area. Compact yet comfortable, the pod includes a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave — ideal for preparing light bites, breakfast, and simple snacks during your stay. While the pod is not set up for full cooking, it offers everything you need for a relaxed and convenient break, whether you’re exploring the local area, fishing on-site, or simply enjoying a peaceful night away. Guests can enjoy a warm, comfortable space with all the essentials for a short stay, combining the charm of glamping with the ease of a hotel-style experience. Each of our pods are thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring a cosy bed, a radiator and fan for year round stays. The doors open onto your private seating area and access to your private fishing swim should you wish. The pods have a shower, sink and toilet with shampoo etc supplied for your break. the kitchen area of the pods have a microwave, mini camping fridge 15L, kettle and toaster for your convenience. The bedroom has a double bed with storage and a separate coat and shoe hanger, there is also a smart TV and full WiFi access. Guest access This listing is for our luxury pod which has a private balcony and fishing swim. The pod is for a maximum of 2 people and offers a relaxed holiday style fishery. There are 2 pods located on the site which are reached through the livery yard and there is private parking for each pod situated directly outside. There is access to the entire lake but we ask that guests stay within the pod area of the site and respect the livery yard and private dwelling on the site as out of bounds areas.
