The Scandinavian-style house is located in the idyllic pine forest of the Baabe Beach Park overlooking the sea. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: 150,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rent. (over New Year's Eve 200,- € ). Cost of electricity (€0.40/ kWh), gas (€1.40/ m³) and water (€6.50/ m³) will be billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security. Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered for a fee if desired. The spa tax is due before arrival. One pet can be booked at an extra cost, more on request with your agency (max. 2 small pets). If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. Parking is free of charge. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. On two floors, the loving and high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Many furnishing details exude a cozy and very personal living ambience. A large living/dining area, the open modern kitchen, three bedrooms, a gallery and two bathrooms can accommodate the whole family and their four-legged favorite. Relax in front of the fireplace in the living area, enjoy a glass of wine on the large wooden terrace or relax in the wellness bath with hot tub and in-house sauna - holiday dreams come true here. Let your thoughts run out while enjoying the wonderful Baltic Sea view from the cozy sofa in the gallery. For our little guests, we have a baby travel cot and a high chair on site. We paid special attention to insect protection on the windows, socket fuses and a stair gates. The paths in the beach park are traffic-calmed. Here you can play with your children undisturbed. To the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach you just have to cross the dune and you can start your vacation day by the sea. After a long beach walk, an extraordinary bike ride or an eventful day in the fantastic natural landscape of Rügen, you will be happy to come back to this wonderful home. In the cooler season, our underfloor heating, which is operated with modern and efficient gas heating, provides cozy warmth throughout the house. Free WiFi is available. We are looking forward to your visit. Note: A barbecue with an open fire is not allowed, as the houses are in a biosphere reserve.
