“Mountain Nest” vacation rental with an XXL balcony and mountain views

Welcome to our “Bergnest,” a place to relax and feel good – for an unforgettable vacation as a couple or with your family! Our charming apartment is situated in a wonderfully idyllic location in Niedernsill, right on the Tauern Cycling Trail and just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the beautiful natural swimming lake. The space Our “mountain nest” awaits you where the most beautiful spot and the best views are – right at the top. Covering approximately 52 square meters, it offers space for up to four people and is divided into a romantic bedroom, a spacious living-cum-bedroom with a dining area, a high-quality country-style kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom with a glass shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. The absolute highlight is the XXL balcony (approx. 16 square meters), where you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from morning to evening and simply relax. Whether it's over a hearty breakfast with a coffee from the Nespresso machine (you'll also find a classic filter coffee machine), while relaxing in the hanging chair, or with a glass/bottle of your favorite drink in the lounge, you'll love “your spot” in our nest. The bright and modern country-style kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. You can conjure up great dishes on the 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and the dishwasher takes care of the washing up afterward. For those who don't want to cook on vacation, there are plenty of dining options within easy walking distance, and there's also a supermarket and a bakery right on site. After a restful night in the romantic king-size real wood bed or the new sofa bed (140 x 195 cm) with a Tempur mattress in the living room, you will definitely wake up with a fantastic view of the peaks of the Hohe Tauern. There is an HD TV available in both the bedroom and the living room, although the area has so much to offer in both summer and winter that you can happily do without the usual technological gadgets ;). For our guests, the Piesendorf-Niedernsill Fun+ Card is included, which allows you to enjoy selected benefits (free admission and discounts) during your vacation. There are public parking spaces in front of the house, and a ski storage room and a bicycle storage room are available inside the house. If you are arriving without a bike, you are welcome to use our two bikes (men's mountain bike, women's city cross bike). Guest access You can access the 3rd-floor apartment via a staircase. There is no elevator available. The parking spaces belonging to the building are not directly allocated to any specific apartment. Other things to note The apartment is only partially suitable for young children, as the balcony has a horizontal railing. Sustainable and careful use of resources and the environment is important to us. Please do not waste water or energy, and separate your trash according to the instructions in the guest handbook.
