The cottage is accessed via a wide shared gated pebbled pathway, leading to the stable door entrance. The inviting sitting room features a cosy wood burning stove to keep you warm during cooler months. The spacious kitchen is ideal for entertaining, boasting a generous sized table, ceramic hob and built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine with a full complement of tableware and kitchen equipment, ensuring that meal preparation and socialising are a breeze. Upstairs, you will discover two stylish and comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. There's a full size bathroom with bath and high-flow shower cubicle. These tastefully decorated rooms provide the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Outside, accessed via a shared pebbled pathway lined with hollyhocks in the summer, an enclosed "secret garden” awaits you, running alongside the patio is a tranquil stream that burbles through South Creake. This sunny, enchanting space offers peace and privacy, providing an ideal setting for enjoying leisurely moments. A table and chairs are thoughtfully provided, accompanied by a charcoal barbecue. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Infants welcome, however no equipment is provided. Bedding provided is feather and down in the main bedroom, with hypoallergenic and synthetic in the second bedroom. Please bring your own pods for the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Guest access Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room Stable door entrance from the pathway with oak engineered wooden flooring. Bright and spacious with dual aspect windows. The large table has seating for six on comfortable chairs. Fitted kitchen units with ample Corian work surfaces for food preparation, incorporating a Belfast sink, ceramic electric hob, extractor hood, built in electric oven, large fridge freezer, full size dishwasher and washing machine together with a microwave and Nescafe “Dolce Gusto” coffee pod machine and a period dresser. The cupboards are very well equipped with crockery, cutlery cookware and glassware. A Panasonic CD music player/ Bluetooth speaker is provided. Sitting room Large corner sofa, wood burning stove, double windows, the 43” Panasonic Smart TV is linked to the Sky Broadband to provide Freeview and catch-up TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies. Wooden flooring, coffee table and rug. Storage shelving include a DAB radio, books, games and some useful local information. An easily accessed carpeted staircase from the lounge lead to the first floor accommodation. First floor: Master bedroom To the front of the cottage, with king-size bed, large wardrobe and dressing table, dual aspect double glazed windows. Bedroom two To the rear of the cottage, with king-size bed, chest of drawers and cupboards. Bathroom With full size bath, separate shower cubicle with mains pressure, wash basin and low level WC. Outside: Detached from the cottage just along the shared pebbled pathway is a pretty private garden laid to lawn with herbaceous borders and patio with seating for four and the stream running along the bottom. Charcoal barbecue. The wheelie bins are in a wooden store in the garden. The garden is enclosed from the stream by way of a wooden gate and a low stone wall. Parking is on the quiet public lane.
