Welcome to our cozy Scandinavian retreat! ✨ Perfect for couples or solo travelers (air mattress available for a 3rd guest). Just a 10-15 min drive to Trondheim center, with free parking. 🚗 Enjoy a bright living room with a workspace & 55" TV (Netflix incl.), an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washer. Sleep well in a comfy king bed (can be separated). WiFi included! Robovacuum readily available. Note: We live upstairs, so happy footsteps from our kids can be heard during the day. 🙃 The space Cozy Lower-Level Apartment with a Simple Scandinavian Style The Space: Welcome to our functional lower-level apartment in Malvik! We have focused on a simple, Scandinavian style where you can easily relax and feel right at home. The apartment is a practical and affordable base, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or friends on a trip. Flexible Solutions for Your Stay: Beds tailored to your needs: We typically prepare the apartment with one king size bed. If you prefer two separate beds, just let us know well in advance of your arrival, and we will happily arrange it for you! There´s also an air matress available. Comfort and warmth: The apartment features centrally controlled underfloor heating, ensuring a consistent and cozy temperature throughout your stay, regardless of the season. Heaters can be manually overrided, and there´s a mobil unit available. Parking and Charging: Free parking: You will have a dedicated parking spot right in front of our garage (marked no. 20). EV Charging: Do you need to charge your electric vehicle during your stay? Please contact us in advance, and we will figure out a good solution to assist you with charging. Guest Access: You will have the entire lower-level apartment to yourself with a private entrance. Check-in is super easy and flexible via a lockbox by the door, meaning you can check in at your own convenience anytime after 12:00 AM. Beware: Children can be heard when the playing gets though, but rarely before 08:00 (and never after 20:00..) :) Guest access Key box with security code placed next to the entrance door. If you use Google maps or similar, you should enter "Lykkevegen 18", as they tend to show the wrong route if you put in "Lykkevegen 20". Last, but not least; Feel free to use the whole apartment, and please feel like home. Other things to note Sound isolation is fairly good, but please; No loud music after 18:00, as there are small children on the premises (sleeping). We will try to keep quiet ourselves, but some noise could be expected after the kids wake up and get going, approx. 08:00 - even during weekends... ;)
