Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds , one of the bedroom has dedicated work table and chair. The living area is airy during day and night both . house is sunrise facing incase you wanna get vitamin D , just open the door and wait for sun to soak you up!! The apartment is fully equipped with essential amenities, including: Power backup (approx. 4–6 hours) Geyser in the bathroom. Towels, handwash, shower gel, and shampoo. High-speed Wi-Fi(100mbps) . The kitchen is fully functional and includes a fridge, gas stove, cookware, utensils, water filter, kettle, mixer-grinder, and glassware. A washing machine, utility drying area, and dustbins are also available. Food delivery from Zomato and Swiggy is available to the doorstep. For instant apps,Blinkit delivers. Guest access guest can access complete ground floor and suggested to not go to any other floors . any drinking or smoking has to be done indoors and not outside the house or on the road or in the parking to keep the stay pleasant for all. Other things to note do not make any kind of request to provide amenities which are not listed. early check in or late checkout is subject to availability and will be chargeable 300 rs per hour strictly . late checkouts after 1 pm will be charged as full day. guests are requested to use power back up wisely and incase of power failure requested to bare with us until further notice from BESCOM. kindly follow checkout instructions on serious note . guests are requested to leave their footwear outside . turn off all the lights, fan, tv , geyser while stepping out & also do not forget to dump the trash in the big bin which is kept in the parking. if you are facing any issues , do let us know during your stay . late checkout request and mid term cleaning has to be communicated a day in advance. mid term cleaning is provided at a cost of 300rs per cleaning.
