Ground Floor: The Heart of the Home The Ultimate Open-Plan Family Room & Kitchen: This breath-taking space is the true centrepiece of the barn. Under soaring vaulted ceilings, it features a contemporary wood burner to cozy up around. The bespoke gourmet kitchen with island seating 4 for dining. Separate dining table seats an additional 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium Neff appliances, full height larder fridge, a bean-to-cup coffee machine don’t forget to bring your favourite beans! There is also a dual temperature built-in wine fridge. Ground floor second Living Room / Flexible fourth Bedroom & small dressing room: A peaceful sanctuary featuring elegant bi-fold doors that open directly onto the rear garden, perfect for indoor-outdoor living. A large sofa bed provides flexible usage, use it as a bedroom or a second lounge as there is the wall mounted TV and loads of bean bags for added flexibility. A separate small dressing room provides space to hang clothes. The other Ground Floor (GF) Bedrooms: A king-sized bedroom featuring its own private en-suite bathroom. A beautifully finished double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe. A single room with bunk beds. GF Family Bathroom: A stylish, contemporary family bathroom with full sized bath and separate shower. The property is equipped with B4RN ultrafast gigabit full-fibre broadband. Utility Room: Conveniently located off the kitchen with a full height integrated freezer and laundry space with washing machine, iron and ironing board. First Floor: Master king bedroom and ensuite with built in wardrobe. Double bedroom with ample hanging and storage space. Outdoor Spaces Stone-Flagged Patio: A generous, sun-drenched patio designed perfectly for al-fresco dining and morning coffees. Parking: The property includes an attached garage and private off-road parking for 3-4 cars. Guest access There is parking for 2-3 small cars on the driveway in front of Long Barn’s garage. Other vehicles can be parked on the road side on the village green there are no restrictions. The following vehicles are not able to park at the property: Camper vans, motor homes, commercial works vehicles, caravans, boats and trailers. Other things to note Our standard check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Due to its location in a rural conservation area, we are unable to host non-resident guests. Long Barn is best suited to family gatherings This is not a party house.
