Authentic farmhouse with pool

This fully renovated farmhouse transports you to a peaceful oasis unlike anywhere else. A large garden with different areas such as a woodland, a vegetable garden, a chicken coop and a heated pool. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one bedroom/bathroom on the first floor. In the heart of nature, yet close to many sports and cultural activities. Easily accessible from Paris, Rennes or Le Mans by train or car. The space I bought this farmhouse 18 months ago. It was a house without water or electricity… I undertook major work. The house is currently comfortable but still needs some improvements, which is why I decided to rent my house. This way, my guests can enjoy a nice house, and I can finance other future work :) especially a children's bedroom upstairs. However, it is a house that is inhabited year-round, so it is a living residence and not a sanitized hotel! You can use some of our storage space, but not all of it for personal reasons. The outbuildings of the hamlet will be closed for safety reasons. Please smoke outside :) Other things to note The house can accommodate children without any problem, but I just want to inform you that the pool requires special supervision for children, even though it has a regulation bar cover that must be put on and taken off.
