Holiday home in a rural setting with panoramic sea views, 10 minutes from the sea The house has three floors. Only the ground floor is part of the rental. The upper floors are closed and not accessible to guests. With a swimming pool, barbecue and spacious garden where children can play freely. Location: 15 km from Larache (±20 min), 30 min from Assilah, 1 hour from Tangier and 1 hour 30 minutes from Rabat via the motorway. Tranquillity, comfort and nature close to the coast. The space Upon arrival, drive through the large black gate. You can park your car privately at the accommodation. Through the gate, you enter the spacious, green garden, where you will also find the swimming pool. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the entrance hall, where you will also find the laundry room. The apartment also has a living room with a dining and seating area, equipped with a smart TV. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a dishwasher, microwave and oven. Guest access Guests have full access to the garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool and garden are completely private and will not be used by others during your stay. Guests also have access to the entire ground floor of the accommodation. The first and second floors are for private use only and are not accessible to guests. These floors are closed throughout the guests' stay. There is no one on these floors during the stay. There is a security camera on the second floor. This camera is located exclusively in the private area, which is not accessible to guests. The camera is not aimed at the areas used by guests, such as the ground floor, garden or swimming pool. The privacy of our guests is respected at all times. Other things to note House rules • 🚭 No smoking in the building • 🎵 No music allowed after 10 pm • ♻️ Sort waste: separate plastic and residual waste (If the bin bag is full, you can put it outside by the gate, and Kamal will take care of it for you.) • 🛏 Please always use a mattress protector (Is this dirty? Feel free to request a new one) • 🍷 No parties or alcohol parties allowed • 👬No additional guests without permission (there is a camera on the street side by the entrance; if we notice that more guests are arriving than allowed, measures will be taken) • ⛔️ The upper floors are private and not accessible 🎦 (camera present in the upper hall for security) Additional info The accommodation is easily accessible with a GPS. For the last 3 km or so, you will drive on an unpaved road that is used by cars on a daily basis. The road is passable up to the accommodation.
