The space Surrounded by open countryside, Quince Cottage is in easy reach of the amazing Norfolk coastline where you may see the odd seal or two usually between November and February, the beautiful sandy beaches, Sea-Pauling and Waxham are worth a visit. The Norfolk Broads are only a stone’s throw away, ideal for the fishing or nature enthusiast. There is an abundance of dog walks - a dog walker’s paradise and no shortages of restaurants, cafes and teashops the majority of which are dog friendly. The magnificent city of Norwich is 20 minutes away with its amazing cathedral, excellent shopping, cinemas, and too many restaurants to mention. In addition, there is a wealth of National Trust properties including Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park home to the North Norfolk steam railway. Day boats are available to hire in Potter Heigham and for children BeWILDerwood a treetop adventure park is a must. There is a private swimming pool within 2 minutes walking distance which can be hired for personal use. The master bedroom has a shower/toilet ensuite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed, all bedrooms have TV's. The living/dining room has a 40” TV with freeview, French doors open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture, bbq and summer house, there is also parking for 2 cars. There is a small safety deposit safe. Guest access The entire property. Other things to note Quince Cottage is set in a residential area and therefore guests are asked keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm
