Luxury barn with hanging bed, perfect for bikers

Are you going on a cycling vacation as a couple? We have turned our barn into a playful and romantic place – you have a sauna all to yourselves, you can play table tennis, use the cinema or foosball, and you have access to a beautiful garden with a fire pit. You sleep in a luxurious hammock – especially after a day on the move, you will feel like you are floating. From the barn, you enter a room with a sofa, a workstation and your own bathroom – you would only share the kitchen with us. The space Your bedroom is a huge barn. In the front part of the barn, a queen-size double bed hangs from ropes, and that's where you sleep – a very special, floating feeling when sleeping. We ourselves sleep more deeply here than anywhere else because of the minimal movements with each breath. Try it out! Behind that is the part of the barn with a sauna, table tennis table, hammock, and windows that open onto the garden. From here, you can access the beautiful natural garden – there is always something blooming here, and at the right time of year, you can snack on apples and berries. In the garden, there is a bake house and a covered and an uncovered fire pit. Feel free to enter the lush vegetable garden or go to the chickens in the paddock. Also in the barn, you will find the cinema, with beautiful velvety blue cinema seats. Next to the barn, you can enter the actual house. There you have a 16-square-meter room at your disposal, with a sofa, a hanging chair, a record player and a private bathroom with a shower. A workstation with a folding desk and WiFi is also available for use. From here you can also go to the kitchen — which you share with us. The barn is not heated. That means it has a pleasant temperature in the summer. In winter, you get a thick down comforter and as many extra blankets as you like – it's ultra cozy, but you have to like it when the tip of your nose is in the fresh air. We ourselves also like to sleep in the hanging bed in winter. We have two bicycles that you can use, as well as two kayaks and an inflatable boat that you are welcome to borrow. You would need a car with a roof rack to take the kayaks to the Amper or to Lake Ammersee. If you planing to use the sauna, let us know and we'll heat it up in time. Using it costs ten euros due to the high electricity consumption. If you need to repair a bicycle, we can help with tools. A pump is available, and a neighbor is fantastically knowledgeable about bicycles in case it's more complicated. You are usually welcome to bring a dog; just contact us. We have a dog that usually gets along great with other dogs.
