This detached 4-person house with garden (approx 550m2) is located on a small bungalow park in a wooded area between Deventer and Raalte at Sallandse Heuvelrug General: - Private parking for two cars. - Garden house, two bikes, BBQ, furniture. - Mow robot & sprinklers - Trampoline - There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 seperate 90x200 beds - We have floor heating in the whole house. - Luxury well equipped kitchen. - Spacious 250m3 house. - Between Deventer and Raalte in green rural area. The space The house was built casco a few years ago, but only fully completed in 2017/2018. Since all the houses at Parc Salland are privately owned, you will not find 13 in a dozen facilities. We have implemented our own taste and wishes here. Guest access The whole house is available, but not the storages on first floor and loft. The gardenhouse is also available.
