Located in the center of Yerseke, just steps away from all the amenities and attractions, you can stay in this spacious, bright, and cozy family home. The beach, the harbors, the polder, the peat bog, restaurants, shops, and the oyster and mussel farms are all within walking distance. This is a real family home, with a somewhat classic weft. On the ground floor, there is also a separate study that offers space to work or play the piano. In the hall there is a separate toilet. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, and all other necessities. In the kitchen is a small dining table. There is plenty of crockery for everyone. The separate utility room has a side entrance that opens onto the garden and further on to the street (via a lockable gate). There is also a washing machine and dryer. In the garden, there is a shed that can accommodate several bicycles. The four bedrooms all offer a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. A landing connects all bedrooms without guests having to walk through each other's space. Two bedrooms are located on the east side and overlook the street. The other two bedrooms are on the west side and overlook the quiet garden. Two bedrooms have an electronically adjustable bed (from Auping and Hästens). There are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in shower with rain shower and separate shower head, a toilet and sink. The large bathroom has a double sink, with large mirror and hairdryer.
