It is a magical place, and the house is located about 50 meters from the lake. There's also a sauna that you can use. You can fish in the lake, but a fishing license is required A large and beautiful garden is located between the house and the lake, and there is a rowboat and canoe to borrow. It is a very quiet and peaceful place where you don't really notice the two neighbors that are there. Cleaning is not included. There are two vacuum cleaners, one on each floor. Vacuum the floors and wipe the surfaces with a cloth. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guest access There is a room that is private in the big house, and it is marked with a private sign. The shed to the left of the parking lot is not part of the accommodation. It is also private. Gröna Boden Down by the lake there is a small green house, where you will find oars and paddles for the boat/canoe. Life jackets are available in various sizes. There are also some games and toys to use, but please put them back in the same place. There are golf clubs, and there are 3 holes on the property if you want to practice putting a bit. Lawnmower There is a robot lawn mower that takes care of the mowing, and it mows between 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM. It is important that there are no items on the lawn during the night when it is out mowing. The code to start it is 1915 if for some reason you need to stop it. Please let us know if it gets stuck somewhere. Other things to note Right now, there are quite a lot of things in the house since we have just put it up for rent. We will gradually clear out more so there is more space for guests to unpack, etc. I hope you as the renters don't mind.
