The space Solar do Clefis is a century-old mansion located at the entrance to the Historic Center of Vitória, on Rua Barão de Monjardim. Visual artist Clefis has created an urban space focused on practical accommodations, ideal for short stays and offering great value for money. The suites are compact (approx. 6 m² [64 ft²]), inspired by major metropolises, and designed to offer practicality for everyday use. Each bedroom has a single bed, minibar, fan, cooktop, wardrobe, workstation, and en-suite bathroom. The space is ideal for those seeking practicality and flexibility in their daily routine. We also have a shared common area equipped with a microwave, a sink with a filter, and a table for quick meals. We do not have parking, but parking is permitted in front of the property. Guest access Guests will have access to a single en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, ensuring greater comfort and privacy during their stay. The rooms are located along an internal corridor, with units facing each other. For security reasons, the hallway lighting remains on 24 hours a day. The property has indoor surveillance cameras in the common areas where guests, staff and visitors move around, as well as a preventive and effective fire safety system. The common areas also have monitoring with an audible alarm for the detection of smoke and smoke-generating devices in general, the use of which is prohibited on the premises by law. Access to the rooms is via self-service doors with digital locks, providing greater security and convenience. The space also features a shared social area, equipped with a table and bench for quick meals, a sink with a water filter, and a microwave, providing added convenience for everyday use. Other things to note I don't live at the property, so it's necessary to schedule check-in and check-out times in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
