The space 🏡 THE HOUSE A 2-story country house with 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and an equipped kitchen. A comfortable space for families or groups. Honestly: it lacks aesthetic details (decoration, fine finishes, some furniture) — we are improving it little by little. 🛏️ ROOMS • Main bedroom with double bed • 3 additional bedrooms with beds • All with good ventilation and views of the greenery 🍳 KITCHEN Equipped with a stove, refrigerator, basic utensils and everything you need to cook for the group. 🔥 BBQ AREA Covered, with a grill ready for barbecues. It's one of the favorite spaces. 🏊 POOL ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The pool is NOT finished. It still lacks finishes and is not 100% operational. If you're coming looking for a pool as the main attraction, you'd better wait a few months or reconsider. 🌳 OUTDOORS Lots of greenery around, parking area, terrace and spaces to relax outdoors. 🐦 THE SURROUNDINGS The best of the property: the silence, the birds, the air of Cocorná. It's the perfect plan for disconnecting. 👉 IN SUMMARY: a straightforward, comfortable house with a rural soul — but in the process of being beautified. If you come for the experience (nature, barbecues, rest), you'll love it. If you're looking for luxury, this is not your place yet. Guest access 🔑 ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY The keys are in a lockbox located on the column at the entrance. You will have access from the moment you check in. We will send you the code and instructions before your arrival. 🏡 YOU HAVE FULL ACCESS TO: • The entire house (2 floors, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen) • Roofed BBQ area • 🏊 Functional pool (very good and refreshing!) • Terrace and outdoor areas • Parking within the property • All the green grounds around ⚠️ ABOUT THE POOL It's 100% functional and you'll enjoy it, BUT honestly: it's not yet tiled and doesn't have the final aesthetic finishes. If you're looking for a "postcard" pool for photos, this one isn't there yet. If you're looking to get in the water, cool off and have a good time, you'll love it. 👤 CLOSE SUPPORT The person in charge lives next door, so if you need anything (questions, recommendations about the town, any problems), you can go to her. Other things to note 🌙 QUIET HOURS After 11:00 PM, we ask that you respect the rest of the neighborhood. You can continue listening to music or talking, but at a LOW VOLUME. There are other vacation properties nearby, and we want everyone to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. 💧 BIRTH WATER The water on the property comes directly from a natural spring. It is very clean and fresh, but it is NOT treated or made potable. Therefore: ❌ We do not recommend drinking it directly ✅ It is perfect for showering, cooking, washing, and all general use ✅ If you wish to consume it, it is at your own risk 💡 Recommendation: bring bottled water to drink (or buy it in the village, which is 5 minutes away) 🌿 THE PLACE IS RURAL Esto signific: • There may be insects, small animals (lizards, butterflies, birds) — it's part of the charm • Cellular/internet signal may be intermittent • The temperature drops at night — bring a light coat • The internal roads are dirt/stone — wear comfortable shoes 🏊 POOL REMINDER It is functional and can be used without problem, but it still does NOT have aesthetic finishes (tiling pending).
