Cosy room in gorgeous Devon village, friendly dog

Quiet village location with easy access to Exeter, M5, Woodbury common and the East Devon coast. No WiFi. Local walks from the doorstep, including to Greendale farm shop and animal park. Great village pub that does food. Limited bus service to Exeter and Exmouth. The house is shared with the owner and a friendly dog. Good phone signal with EE, but O2 has no signal. I have a very friendly and inquisitive dog so it's not the place for you if you don't like dogs, or are allergic to them! The space Front and rear gardens, driveway, living room, kitchen, bathroom, guest bedroom and host bedroom. Other things to note Sorry, there's no WiFi - login details will be provided on booking, but they are for hotspotting from my phone, which will obviously only work when I am at home. Guests report there is no phone signal at all with O2. I am on EE which is ok for phone signal and good for data. I don't know about other networks as yet, will add details when I get feedback from guests.
