Your home away from home, with wooden floors, luxury finishes such as designer lights, corner sofa, designer kitchen and stylish bathroom awaits you. The apartment sleeps 2 comfortably Guest access You'll have full use of the apartment and allocated parking space. If you do want to leave the comfort of your place, it is just a short distance into the Ricoh Shopping Centre, a short car journey away from the City Centre, NEC and the surrounding towns/cities of Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Nuneaton and Birmingham. Other things to note This apartment sleeps up two in the bedroom on a four foot bed, and suited for shorts visits. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for the number of guests selected during booking (for example 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and full duvet set for 2 guests). Additional towels/spare bedding can be requested in advance (72 hours notice) or guests are free to use the laundry facilities if they wish :) We will always try to accommodate requests of our guests to make your stay as pleasant as it can be.
