Self-contained one bed Annexe on horse yard

We are delighted to offer this quaint one bed self contained annexe at our riding school. We live onsite in the attached main house but apart from us your only neighbours are horses! Follow the private driveway down past the main house and park right outside your front door. This is a working riding school and yard but we are a very small affair and family owned and run. There is also a shared garden where you can spend time overlooking the arena and paddocks and hang out with our 3 dogs. The space The annexe is part of a converted farm building attached to the old farmhouse. It sits within our small holding with stables, paddocks and arena. Please note there is a railway line that runs down the boundary of the property. It is not a mainline track but trains are regular throughout the day. They stop at 11pm a night. Guest access You have sole use of kitchenette, living room, bathroom & bedroom. The garden is shared with the main house.
