Shower, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and heat pump. Private access to a swimming area only a 4-minute drive away. 30 minutes to Førde, and 4 minutes to a local convenience store. Quiet smallholding with large terrace and outdoor area, free parking and charging for electric vehicles. The space Here you live in a rural and quiet setting, but you still have a short distance to swimming areas, shopping and the city when you need it. Perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy nature, and maybe take a trip to the sea. The house is fully equipped, and guests don't need to bring any of the usual things - everything you need is already in the house. What you must bring yourself, however, is soap and your own hygiene products. When staying for more than a week, guests must replenish hand soap, toilet paper, and similar consumables themselves. Extra fee: - Cleaning fee = NOK 1,100 (mandatory) - Rental of bed linens = NOK 79 per guest (optional) Guest access Guests can use the main floor and the top floor. The basement is closed off. Other things to note The area in general: - In Kvammen/Gjelsvik you will find several marked hiking trails in the area, including a hike from Markavatnet to the DNT cabin Nipebu by Langevatnet - great for both short and longer hikes in nature. Sjønakletten is also a popular and short mountain hike, which is a few minutes' walk from the house. - Playground and soccer field: Located by the convenience store (4 minutes away by car), nice for families with children. - School and kindergarten: Gjelsvik kindergarten and school are a 5-minute drive away.
