Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops. The space Our house is nestled in a secluded spot at the end of a no-through road, with the advantage of being just a few minutes walk from the heart of the village. We have a large shared drive for parking, you are welcome to use our garden. Guest access The room has it's own private access through our garden so is extremely private and although part of the house, it is locked internally so in effect a fully self-contained space. Other things to note We have a dog and two children who are generally pretty quiet but as a family home you may hear them from time to time. We have a large family garden adjacent to woodland which guests are welcome to share with our family.
