SINZASTI WILD HOUSE, Since 1980 reborn in 2025. An exclusive retreat for lovers of nature, tranquility, and privacy. With no neighbors and in complete harmony with nature, this is the place where you can completely disconnect from the fast pace of everyday life. A house built several decades ago and carefully restored, it brings an authentic charm and combines comfort with simplicity. Spectacular views, memorable sunsets, and the outdoor jacuzzi make every stay a special experience. The space The house has two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, which is also suitable for sleeping. Guests have a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor bathroom, and an outdoor toilet at their disposal. Outside there is also a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi, a heated wood-fired acrylic hot tub with hydromassage, air massage and ambient LED lighting, as well as a dedicated barbecue area, ideal for evenings spent outdoors. The cottage is heated with three air conditioners (starting in October) with a heating function, which provide warm air and comfort throughout the stay. In addition, for an authentic experience and extra warmth, there are two wood-burning fireplaces available. Turning them on provides extra warmth and, of course, the special atmosphere of an evening spent by the fire. The use of the gazebo is optional and is charged separately at 200 lei/stay, regardless of the number of nights booked. The cabin is located in a mountainous area where water resources require careful management. Preparing the hot tub involves filtering the water, cleaning, and disinfecting, and for the comfort and safety of guests, the water is changed periodically. In order for us to properly organize ourselves and to ensure that everything is ready in the best conditions upon your arrival, please let us know in advance if you would like to use the barbecue. The fee charged covers the preparation and maintenance costs and is paid only once for the entire stay, not per night. 🐾 Please note: We also have a puppy on the premises, which, when we have guests, stays in its own fenced and secured space, where it has water and food at all times. Outside of the periods when we have guests, they enjoy the freedom to walk around the yard. DURING YOUR STAY, THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GUEST AREA AND CANNOT LEAVE THEIR SPACE. He is a quiet puppy, but he may bark occasionally if he notices something unusual around the chalet. 🐶 If you think his presence might bother you, please let us know. We can arrange for him to be moved from the location during your stay. We want your experience to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Thank you for you understanding. Guest access The property is located in a secluded area, in the middle of nature, at an altitude of about 700 m. The last 3 km to the location are on a gravel road with a few more difficult sections, which is why we recommend a vehicle with higher ground clearance. It can also be reached with a regular car, with care and at a reduced speed. For a clearer picture of access, photos of the access road are available in the listing. All details on how to get to the location are sent in detail the day before check-in.
