The space The house is designed for a comfortable and functional stay, offering all the necessary amenities for guests. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, ensuring an ideal temperature and comfort in every room, regardless of the season. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for preparing all kinds of meals, meeting the needs for both everyday cooking and more demanding recipes. The fourth bedroom is located outside the house and has a private bathroom, offering additional privacy and independence. The exterior of the property is fully fenced, offering security, privacy and tranquility throughout your stay. Access to the beach is particularly easy, as it can be reached either on foot, about 100 steps from the house, or by car, depending on the guests' preference. Other things to note The property is in a great location, just 100 steps from the sea, with direct access to a beautiful beach with fine sand and shallow, calm waters, ideal for children. It is ideal for a carefree family vacation, offering safety and comfort for young and old.
