Our charming and comfortable home with access to a large garden in the historic working class community of Boyle Heights. Well equipped with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, parking space and laundry room. Fits 4 people comfortably and located near Downtown Los Angeles, USC+LAC Medical Center & Little Tokyo, Metro Gold Line & Bus Stations, restaurants, cafes and major freeway. Families, friends, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers from all backgrounds are welcome! The space Some of the best multicultural restaurants and grocery markets in Los Angeles can be found nearby. The space includes Wifi, living room with comfortable midcentury modern furniture and flatscreen TV with Netflix. There are two bedrooms and each have a comfortable queen size bed, alarm clock, work table and chair, clean bed room linens, closet with hangers and hamper basket. There is an iron and a ironing board located in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom contains basic toiletries such as a hair dryer, hand wash, hair shampoo and conditioner, body and hand towel and wash cloths. The kitchen includes a table with chairs, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, snacks, cups, plates, bowls, napkins/towels, pots/pans and other cooking utensils. The living room and each bedroom includes an AC/Heat unit and a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. * Due to property owner severe allergies, we are unable to host any animals. The property has cameras placed in the front entrance, parking lot area and yard. Audio recording is not available, only video footage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of an emergency and in no way infringes guests’ of privacy in these public areas of the property. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees and a dry tolerant garden. During the Summer, mosquitos, flies, ants and other bugs are present and highly active around the property as in other parts of Los Angeles. Mosquito and other insect repellent will be available. No smoking inside the house allowed, $400 will charged for disobeying smoking rules. Guest access The property has a gated parking space and access to garden. It also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry detergent. Other things to note The closest large market is half a mile away which takes 10 minutes arrive by if walking or 2 minutes to arrive if you drive.
