Located in Banthelu, near Magny-en-Vexin, Le Petit Appartement is situated on the 1st floor of our outbuilding and offers you a peaceful setting in the heart of the French Vexin. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, whether it's to relax in the countryside, work in peace, or discover the region's natural and historical treasures. The space 🏡 55 m² apartment in the heart of Vexin, quiet & comfortable. 📍 Ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris and 15 minutes from Cergy-Pontoise, the accommodation offers easy access for business trips while enjoying the calm of the countryside. In the heart of the French Vexin, it is also an ideal base for nature lovers, with many hiking trails and mountain bike routes nearby. You can also discover several iconic sites in the region, such as the Domaine de Villarceaux, La Roche-Guyon, or Giverny (Claude Monet's house and gardens), which are less than 30 minutes away. 🛏️ The space Le Petit Appartement du Vexin consists of two spacious and comfortable rooms: A pleasant, bright living room with an open kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. A bar harmoniously connects the spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, plenty of storage as well as basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.). The living room includes a large sofa, a TV with access to Netflix and video games available, and a dining area. A large bedroom sleeping up to 4 people, comprising: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) 1 child's bed (70x140) A functional and equipped bathroom. The entire accommodation has been designed to offer comfort and convenience, whether for a short stay, a business trip, or a few quiet days. New ☀️: a small private terrace for the apartment has been created, out of sight, to allow you a relaxing moment outside 🪴🌳🌺 Guest access 🚪 Access to the accommodation The Little Apartment is located on the 1st floor of our outbuilding. Access is via an electric gate, then through the common courtyard of our main residence. A separate entrance located on the side of the outbuilding gives you direct access to the accommodation. Access is easy, guaranteeing you complete independence during your stay. Easy parking nearby. 🔑 Check-in and welcome Check-in is self check-in to give you maximum flexibility. Access instructions will be sent to you before your stay. We live there and are available if needed, while respecting your privacy. щ️ Information Access to the accommodation is via a separate hallway that is currently being renovated. This has no impact on the comfort of the apartment, which is fully ready to welcome you. Other things to note 🥐 Breakfast (weekend option) To help you make the most of your stay, we offer breakfast delivery directly to the accommodation (Saturday and Sunday).
