Seven Mile Beach Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo with Pool/Jacuzzi

This 2,119 square foot beachfront condominium is only a few steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea. From this location you can experience a leisurely walk along the world famous Seven Mile Beach, go snorkeling, swim, or just relax and soak up the perfect weather. The condo is part of a private resort comprised of 24 properties. The condo is on the second level offering unobstructed views of the ocean. The condo boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, queen size sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and enclosed patio. The resort offers a fully equipped gym, 2 barbecues, pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of lawn space for games. Unfortunately, a storm in 2022 eroded the beach in the area of Crescent Point. This happens from time to time in Cayman. While we have a nice beach with umbrellas and beach chairs, it is not possible to walk along the beach North to the main part of Seven Mile Beach. It is best to take the sidewalk along West Bay Road under the big tunnel about 1/2 mile to the first public beach access path to Seven Mile Beach. From there you can walk North along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Fortunately, the reef in front of Crescent Point has protected the sand of our beach. Also, about 100 yards to the left (South) along the beach is a lagoon for children to play and for wave-free swimming. A breakwater surrounds the lagoon, so there rarely are waves. The location is within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Caymana Bay with its restaurants and good shopping. A short cab ride will take you to any of Cayman's many fine restaurants. For those of you who have a knack for adventure, you can rent a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak from Red Sail Sports at the nearby Marriott Beach Resort, which is only a three-minute walk along the West Bay Road sidewalk. The Marriott Beach Resort has a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. You can also book activities at Red Sail Sports at the Marriott. The unforgettable Stingray City, is only a short boat ride away. After your first visit to this condo and the Cayman Islands, you will want to keep coming back!
