House in the city center, 3 bedrooms, next to the Jardin des Plantes. You are 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel and 20 minutes from the sea. Close to St. Malo and Cancale, you have everything for a great stay. The garden is south-facing. The pool house can be used year-round. The pool is heated to 28 degrees usually from mid-May to late August (depending on the weather). I take care of cleaning the pool about every 2/3 days. Children's toys, folding crib...
