The apartment has a spacious 1 queen size bedroom with built-in wardrobes, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, desk, living room, and stackable laundry area. Both spaces share the rear patio for outdoor dining, lounging and easy flow. Available for rent separately: The main home includes 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, open living, dining and fully appointed kitchen, ideal for families, multi-generational stays, or groups who want extra room. **New Construction & Ongoing Enhancements** This home is newly constructed and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable Barbados experience. As we settle into our first few months of hosting, we will be making several outdoor hardscape and landscape enhancements and adding finishing touches to further elevate the property. Any improvements will be limited to exterior areas and are not expected to interfere with your stay. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to enhance the property for the enjoyment of all our guests. Guest access Your access depends on what you book. Entry: Each space has smart keyless entry. Your unique 7-digit code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. Apartment suite only (sleeps up to 4): You’ll have access to the 1-bed, 1-bath suite, including its kitchen, living and dining area, and laundry, plus the shared rear patio. The main home will remain locked and unavailable. Main home only (sleeps up to 8): You’ll have access to the 3-bed, 2-bath main home, including its kitchen, living and dining area, and laundry, plus the shared rear patio. The separate apartment suite will remain locked and unavailable. Entire property (sleeps up to 12): You’ll have exclusive use of both spaces, each with its own private entrance. Other things to note **Nature & Local Wildlife** Our home is located in the beautiful parish of St. Philip, an area known for its natural surroundings and tropical environment. As with many homes in Barbados, occasional sightings of local wildlife, including centipedes, monkeys, geckos, and other native creatures, may occur, particularly during warmer or wetter periods. To minimize unwanted pests, the property is professionally treated on a monthly basis as part of our ongoing pest management program. While wildlife sightings are generally infrequent and are part of the island's natural charm, we encourage guests to keep doors and windows screened or closed when possible. Please do not feed the monkeys or any other wildlife, as this can encourage them to return to the property and may alter their natural behavior. If you have any concerns during your stay, please notify us immediately. Beat the heat with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans throughout the home. The locks are set to auto-lock shortly after the door closes, so please be sure you have your code whenever you step out. Ms ESLYN cleans weekly and can be called in if you require additional cleaning service during your stay for $100BDS.
