The space We offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay in Preetz situated directly at Lake Kirchsee. You enter the appartement through a separate entrance from the garden. You find yourself on the groundfloor towards the garden. The rooms are only 2.06 m high. The bright combined living and bed room (24 sqm) offers you a fantastic view into the well kept garden and towards the river Schwentine. The room is furnished with a “Himmelbett” (1.40 m width). A single bed (extra fee 15€) or a childs bed (without extra fee) can be added. In the hall that can be used too you find a small table with cosy chairs and facilities to prepare tea and coffee. Microwave, Toaster and Fridge are there for your use. From the hall you reach your bathroom with toilette and shower. Further doors lead to the cellar rooms of your host. The comination with the surrounding nature makes your stay a relaxing experience. Walking, swimming, riding, cycling, paddling, fishing (permission are on offer in town) and other activities are in close reach; just walk out our garden door ….. Guest access Guests have a room with a bathroom only for their use. The hall can be used commonly with the hosts. Guests can relax in the garden that is 1.000 sqm big – sharing with the hosts. Hammocks and deck chairs are there to be used. Our property is only separated by a trail from Lake Kirchsee, which is part of River Schwentine. That means that you can enjoy paddling on the lake and river. If you have canoes or cajacs of your own you can store them in the garden Canoes can be hired only 800 m away from us. Grilling is possible in consultation with the hosts. Children are very welcome. They can use our Wendy house and the sandpit. During your stay We are at home daily and are very open if you have any questions. Other things to note Earlier check-in can be arranged in consultation with your host and according to availability. Rules of the house Strictly no smoking Not suitable for pets. No parties or events Check-in after 5 o’clock p.m. No pets are allowed in our house. Please refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace and in the garden. Don’t leave your cigarette ends lying in the garden. Ash trays are available.
