The space Bedroom: Double bed 160 x 200, drawer unit with ample space for storage, office desk. Living room/Kitchen: Three-seater sofa bed 140 x 200, coffee table and Smart TV. Newly renovated kitchen from 2025 with everything you need available. Dining set for two people. Bathroom/laundry room: Tiled bathroom with shower corner and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Drying rack, iron and ironing board are available. Hallway: Closet with good storage space, shoe shelf and mirror. Balcony: Private balcony of 3.5 m2 with a café set for two. Guest access The entire apartment including a balcony and parking space in the basement. Elevator in the building. Electronic code lock with self check-in and self check-out. Other things to note Noise: Trafic street outside bedrooms, some noise must therefore be expected. Driveway parking: Narrow driveway to parking (2.28 m wide and 2.10 high) The apartment is best suited for two people, but the sofa bed makes it possible for 4 people to stay.
