In the middle of the Mecklenburg forest and lake landscape. Dogs & children are very welcome. The space Charming apartment in the basement of a vacation home built in 2013, in excellent condition. Bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the garden, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, additional sofa bed in the living area and a private bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private terrace leading to the garden. Can be combined with the upstairs apartment – ideal if you are traveling as a larger group. Guest access The entire lower apartment (basement) with its own entrance is at your disposal. The garden, terrace, fire pit, grill and outdoor sauna are part of the property's common outdoor area. Please note: If the separate upper apartment is occupied at the same time, you will share the garden, sauna and outdoor area with these guests. If only the lower apartment is booked, you have the entire property to yourself. Parking is available on and in front of the property. Other things to note The nearest shopping option (supermarket) is in Fürstenberg, about 20 minutes away – we recommend shopping before arrival. In the village of Strasen, there is a small kiosk and the restaurant Zum Löwen with a lock terrace (5 min). Tips for your surroundings: freshly smoked fish at the fisherman in Canow, raft and paddle tours from Canow, Priepert yacht marina with restaurant, Rheinsberg castle and pleasure garden. The house has central heating and can be used all year round. Dogs are welcome (€15/night).
